NexGen is led by founders Nicole Mosey and Samuel Nelson, who bring more than 50 years of combined experience across accounting, financial operations, mining, recycling, civil construction, and earthworks. Their combined expertise gives NexGen a unique blend of technical capability and practical, real-world insight.

NexGen is also supported by Crystal, our Administration Officer, whose strong background in office management, data accuracy, and workflow organisation ensures smooth daily operations for both clients and our internal team.
